Practice Philosophy

Dr. Lorch places an emphasis on high quality comprehensive medical care.  The doctor/patient relationship, trust , and rapport are paramount.  Access and timeliness of care and communication are equally important. As such, Dr Lorch utilizes a full-time concierge level patient care executive assistant exclusive to his own personal patients.  This helps to insure that all patient care needs are effectively addressed.  Please ask for Heather for any delays or issues not immediately handled by the regular staff.  We are happy to review patient records, data, test results and original images review (eg CT, xray, PET etc.) with patients, with thorough discussion of treatment options, risk and benefit, alternatives, and expected outcomes.  We are also happy to assist with the patient portal access so that patients can review their own records and communicate with us as well.  Patient portal regularly monitored.
